Overview
Impression provides access to digital products and membership-based downloads. Because digital access is delivered immediately,
refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described below.
Membership Charges
Membership charges generally cover immediate access to the library and updates for the billing period.
Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are delivered instantly. Refund eligibility depends on whether the product is defective or access fails.
We’ll Help First
If something isn’t working, we’ll make a reasonable effort to troubleshoot before deciding on a refund.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, billing error, or unintended renewal).
- You are unable to access the membership library or downloads due to a technical issue on our end.
- A download is materially defective and we cannot reasonably resolve the issue.
Refund requests should be made within a reasonable time after purchase. For fastest help, include your account email and any relevant screenshots or error messages.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided for:
- Change of mind after you have accessed member-only downloads.
- Issues caused by third-party themes, plugins, hosting environments, or custom code outside of our control.
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing date (unless required by applicable law).
- Requests made after an excessive period of time.
Cancellations
You can cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. Unless otherwise stated or required by law,
access typically remains active through the end of your current billing period.
How to Request a Refund
Email help@impression-prod.com with:
- Your account email address
- Order/subscription details (if available)
- A short description of the issue
- Screenshots or error messages (if relevant)
Processing Time
If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
